AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.50 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (1.50 hours)

The BeWellMED Group Coaching Program for physicians and advanced practice providers focuses on various aspects of work life integration, satisfaction, and overall fulfillment. This program will be open to 30 individuals in each region and will include a kickoff event, twice monthly group coaching sessions, a closing event, and up to three optional individual coaching sessions throughout. The topics of the sessions include: Personal Identity, Professional Identity, Self-Compassion, Core Energy Leadership, Growth Mindset, and Maintaining Momentum. The assessment tool, "The Energy Leadership Index" is offered to each participant to take and debrief.
