NICU Code Blue Simulation Series

1. To improve the quality and continuity of care during neonatal resuscitation by addressing workflow inefficiencies and enhancing team dynamics through targeted simulation training.
2. Objective: Improve the ability of healthcare team members to maintain situational awareness during neonatal resuscitation.
3. Encourage a culture where team members regularly reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement.
