After completion of the program, each participant will receive a certificate for completion. 3. Gather feedback via survey at the end of the course. (In order to receive the certificate of completion for the program, the participant must have attended all 6 sessions, participated in the prescribed activities and complete the survey.)

Corewell Health West is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Spectrum Health reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
