This Continuing Medical Education (CME) course is designed for healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their skills in the management of trauma patients. This course covers the latest guidelines and best practices in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/ Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and hospital trauma policy/ processes. The course also includes the recognition and treatment of various traumatic injuries, effective resuscitation techniques, and the implementation life saving interventions.

1. Learners will demonstrate improvement with inter-professional team dynamics
2. Learners will have a clearer understanding of designated roles during a trauma
3. Learners will be able to recognize and appropriately manage a trauma patient
