Objectives

  2. Understand the workup and collaborative management of the patient with chronic thromboembolic disease pulmonary hypertension
  3. Recognize the patient with co-morbid lung and heart disease and understand challenges in management
  4. Discuss treatment options for patients with advanced disease and right heart failure
