Human Trafficking Recognition and Response Module - Part 2

This module will provide an overview of Spectrum Health's new Human Trafficking Screening Tool. Learners will be given an overview of the adult and pediatric tools and given the opportunity to practice using both. The module will also review how to proceed if a screen is positive and what resources are available to the potential victim.

1. Identify the Red Flags and physical indicators of Human Trafficking in the health care setting
2. Demonstrate use of the Human Trafficking Screening Tool for both adult and pediatric patients
3. Follow the appropriate reporting process for suspected human trafficking victims

Spectrum Health Hospitals designates this Enduring Material and Internet point-of-care activity for a maximum of 0.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
